Returns & Exchanges

Lolly Kiss Lingerie&Play has a 30 day returns and exchange policy for full price and a 14 days exchange or credit note policy for sale items for all Australian customers. We will gladly exchange, credit or refund your Lolly Kiss Lingerie&Play goodies, providing the items meet our Terms and Conditions detailed below. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

What can I return?

  • We accept all unworn, unwashed items re-sellable items with original tags still attached.
  • We offer exchange or credit note for SALE items returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • No further markdowns can be applied to items purchased at a discount or during sale periods.
  • The following CANNOT be refunded:
    • Hosiery – if packaging has been opened.
    • Latex, candles, oils and lubricants – if packaging has been opened, the item has been worn or damaged through personal use.
    • Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
    • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
    • Toys and Bondage items, in any condition, due to hygiene concerns. Faulty items are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
    • Gift Card sales are FINAL and cannot be refunded for monetary value.


  • We gladly offer exchanges on all Full price & Sale unworn, unwashed, re-sellable items with original tags still attached, within 45 days of purchase (or 14 days for SALE items).
  • Please include the replacement style and size in the email addressed to
  • In stock exchanges will be sent within 7 business days of receipt of original order.
  • If the item is out of stock, our representative will contact you to organize an alternative or a refund.

How do I return my order?

  • Online Returns and Exchanges within Australia are FREE.
  • Complete the return form sent to you by email.

  • Attach the Australia Post form which will be sent to you in reply to your email.
  • Lost Australia Post label? Just re submit the initial email.

  • Drop your parcel off at the nearest Post Office.
  • A refund will be issued within 3 business days if your items meet the Terms and Conditions of our policy.

International Returns

  • If you live outside Australia, you still have 30 days to return your items (or 14 days for SALE items).
  • International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred.
  • We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking.
  • We do not currently offer International exchanges.
